Cardio Kickboxing

Our cardio kickboxing classes blend high intensity cardio with real techniques delivering a total body workout. You will punch, kick, and move to upbeat music while learning various striking combinations using proper form.

The classes are for all fitness levels, no experience needed. Each session includes a dynamic warm up, along with core conditioning and putting on the gloves and hitting the bags and focus mitts to keep the heart rate up and the mind sharp.
